CHAPTER 17, CREATIVITY AND VISUAL DESIGN
----------------------------------------------------------
Visual design are used to present information and data in a book. It is the process of generating and structuring messages using drawings, photos and other graphics. Visual channel includes all visual imagery such as drawings, photos and graphics-that can be imported into a business message. Visual elements includes lines, shapes, color and text.
We can choose visual channels through pie chart, bar or line chart, map, photograph, bar chart, table and gantt chart etc. These visual elements are the most interesting part while reading a book. Even i do like to reading a book having a lot of visual elements.
Without visual elements in a book, reader feels somekind of boring while reading a book.

CHAPTER 16, INTERVIEWING TO GET THE JOB
-------------------------------------------------------
To get into any company for job you need to take interview. Employment interview is the interpersonal communication exchange between a potential employer and a job applicant. There are two types of interview they are; one on one interview which is when a single company hiring representative conducts the interview with you alone and Panel interview which is when various people(including supervisors, managers and colleagues or contemporaries) interview you at once. During panel interview, it is common to feel excited or nervous. Use this energy to focus and answer each question carefully and positively.
Before you interview, find out about the company. The information you gather can help you prepare responses to potential questions and demonstrate your knowledge of and interest in the company.
Before you go for interview you need to wear well-pressed, conservative dark suit, you should arrive on time and bring at least two copies of resume. They can ask you several question which is related with closed question, open-ended question, hypothetical questions, loaded questions and behavior questions so, you have to be prepared before you go for interview.
This chapter is so useful to all of us so, m so happy after reading it. Chapter 15 taught us to prepare resume and this chapter taught us how to be prepare for interview.By reading this chapter i learned a lot about interview as well as i will be able to go for interview without any hesitation.
