Summary of chapter 14, bcom

In this competitive market every company tries to change their working styles, technology, company"s items etc periodically.The business of change is when an organization begin to transform the way work is accomplished.Change makers are the people who facilitate coordination of a change effort.When change makers shares ideas and plans employees understand and can participate in change efforts.
Conflict is an event expressed through communication when endividual or group behave in ways that indicate they have in compatible positions or goals.There may be conflict in a company for different purposes like for positions or personal intrest.There are different traditional conflict strategies,they are; negotiation, positional bargaining,mediation,conflict management and arbitration.
