Creating a career means selecting the right field and matching your skills to the job you want and will enjoy, where as resume is a written marketing tool that briefly summarizes yours skills, abilities, education and experience for a potential employer.
Every company ask candidates to submit resume before applying for a job. Resume identifies ones ability and background so, it is very important for a company while hiring candidates for a job.There are various format of resumes they are; Chronological resume, functional resume, Targeted resume, Integrated resume and Scannable resume. Resume should be clear, attractive and should not include unnecessary items.Resume should include ones identification, education, accomplishments, capabilities, professional experience, references etc.
By reading this chapter i learned the importance of resume and how to prepare it.When i need to find a job i can easily prepare a resume and submit it in any company.
